  1. 1. Take 219 South towards Somerset.

  2. 2. Take the Friedens / PA-281 Exit. (You’ll be on this road for approx 4 miles)

  3. 3. Turn Left (at the 2nd Traffic light you come to) onto N. Pleasant Avenue.

  4. 4. Turn left onto Route 31/Main Street (This will be at the first traffic light)

  5. 5. Turn left at this light.  travel past the Sheetz on left.  Go up hill to next traffic   light and bear right. 

  6. 6. Pass Gas station on right.  Go a few hundred yards.  House on Right.

  7. 7. 184 Plank Rd, Somerset, PA 15501

August 29th: We’re getting the paint rollers out to help someone in need.

Cost: Free.

What to bring: Paint Roller, paint tray, roller covers and old clothes.

The 411: august 29th, service project

We’ll be serving Sharlene Bluebaugh.  Sharlene has been a long time friend of Lahne Miesko and we heard she needs help in getting her property reconditioned.  As a single mom, Sharlene has been a a caregiver to her father who unfortunately passed away earlier this year.  Sharlene has since been attempting to care for two properties.  Alone, it will take Sharlene forever to get her property in shape to sell.  With our help, Sharlene will be blessed and encouraged.  We’ll be painting, doing trim work, doing work outside and whatever else we have time to do.


The Schedule:

We’ll be serving lunch after the 11am service on Sunday Aug 29th in classroom B.  After lunch we’ll travel to somerset to get our service project underway.  If you’d like to carpool from the church we’ll be providing transportation.  If you’d like to drive or meet us there...directions are listed below.
